Shipping Manager improvements

At bpost we truly believe that listening to our clients is key for our success, as it allows us to continuously improve our tools. 

Today we are pleased to inform you that a new version of the bpost Shipping Manager has been released. This version offers several improvements, that for some of you will be really valuable:


As from now:


It is even easier to plan and prepare a Flex collect via Shipping Manager:  

You can request a pick up starting from your order list, as such automatically populating the second step of your pickup request, and making the flow much more customer friendly. And to help you to prepare for the postman’s visit, the order reference of every parcel is now printed on the pick up list.


The Integration of your parcels’ tracking in your website is easier. 

All statuses are now communicated via the Shipping Manager API – it will facilitate the task of web integrators to integrate traceability directly in your website.


More references exist for more possibilities.  

API users can now transfer up to 4 references instead of 1. bpost has reserved one to identify the source of your order (e.g. which e-commerce platform, ERP, system, etc.). This will help us to focus our development and improve our support.


Additionally,  

As we now also offer Saturday delivery option for bpost 24h business deliveries, you can specify Saturday openings hours in your order.

Operational improvement have been made on the World Easy Return, allowing you to expand your business abroad easily.
