Behaviour: 

Your customer receives the following message while confirming the delivery details of his order.

"Sorry!

Er ging iets mis tijdens het verwerken van uw order.

Gelieve het later eens opnieuw te proberen."


In the source of the page you'll ba able to see following message:

["ZIP is an unknown postal code for BE in sender address"]         


Solution:

Log into the Shipping Manager backend (via the bpost website), and adapt the prefilled sender address to your correct sender address.

(by default this address is filled with the word "ZIP", rather than with an actual postal code (numerical)).

 



Please note that this address will also be used as the return address for non deliverable parcels.
