Shipping Manager now offers address validation and correction for receiver addresses entered via the Shipping Manager frontend in your webshop, or via the Shipping Manager backend. 

When activated, the tool will alert you whenever a Belgian address does not seem valid: it will then automatically offer one or more suggestions to correct the address, or allow you to stick t the entered address. 

To activate this free validation, please perform the following steps:


  1. Log in to your Shipping Manager webtool and go to "Admin";
  2. Click the "General Settings" tab;
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select where you want to activate the address validation:
  • Frontend: when using a frontend integration of our Shipping Manager (i.e. in an iFrame in your webshop);
  • Backend: when entering instructions directly in the Shipping Manager backend. 
      4.You can choose to have the validation on either the frontend or the backend, or on both. Confirm your choice by clicking "Save configuration".
