• Below the timeline you will find a comprehensive overview with all practical information regarding your shipment
• The new Track & Trace is fully responsive so it can be consulted on any PC, mobile device, or tablet
• In case of a delivery in a pick-up point or parcel locker, a map with location hint and opening hours are displayed
• Should you have missed our mailman at the door, then the site will allow you to request a new delivery on this address
• In the event that a parcel is not delivered and returned, then the sit will still allow you to track it and verify when it is delivered back to the original sender
• Finally, a to-the-point FAQ will guide you and your customers, should there still be any questions
