1) You don't see the bpost delivery methods despite the fact that they are well enabled?
Be sure that the bpost_SHM output is well enabled :
Go to System >> Configuration >> Advanced
2) You 're experienced issues with maps/localisation of bpost delivery points
- First of all, make sure that you didn't exceed the standard limit usage of google map api. More info here
- Make sure that the Javascript merging is disabled :
System >> Configuration >> Developer
