Error:  

When trying to select a delivery method in the bpost module for PrestaShop, the following error message appears on a blank page:

Cause: 

This is a javascript error, linked to the blocksearch module :

 

It might also be caused by the “Smarty” settings in PrestaShop.

Solution:

In PrestaShop backend, go to Advanced Parameters – Performance to check the Smarty settings

The setting should be set to “Recompile templates if the files have been updated”

And NOT to “Never recompile template files” as this can create bugs after updates.
