The module and the transporter have to be synchronized to work as expected. If not , the orders are not showing in the bpost tab.
Updating a value in DB should restore the link :
- Connect to phpmyadmin
- Select database and go to table "ps_configuration"
- Search by name with the following value : %bpost%
- Edit the relevant BPOST_SHIP_METHOD carrier ID and assign real transporter ID as seen in the back office
BPOST_SHIP_METHOD_1_ID_CARRIER = Home delivery
BPOST_SHIP_METHOD_2_ID_CARRIER = Pick up point
BPOST_SHIP_METHOD_4_ID_CARRIER = Parcel locker
