Question: 

How can I export Price configuration, addresses, etc. from Shipping Manager back end to my PC?

Answer:

Connect to your Shipping Manager, and go to the Admin panel 

For Receiver addresses: 

- Click on the tab Receiver Addresses, 

 - then click on Export Addresses

 - a csv with all the addresses under this tab will be downloaded onto your computer

Follow the same steps for Sender and Pick-up addresses.
