When printing a label, it may occur that the word SPECIMEN is shown instead of the actual barcode that needs to be shown. This means that your account was not yet activated. This activation is required in order to prevent future problems. 

To solve the issue, please send an email to shippingmanager [at] bpost [dot] be containing the following information: 

  • URL of the webshop
  • Type of integration (iFrame and/or webservices)
  • Account ID
  • Integrating party 
  • Technical contact person

Mind you that test-accounts always show "SPECIMEN" and do not generate a barcode. This is specifcally done to prevent test-parcels from being inserted in the network.
