Behaviour:

While confirming the delivery method of their order your client receives one of the following messages

• Status of the box can not be updated anymore. Current status: Created
• Status of the box can not be updated anymore. Current status: Shipped
• Status of the box can not be updated anymore. Current status: Delivered

Cause:

The order reference of this shipment already exists in your account and is linked to a shipment that has been finalized (label printed, shipped or delivered)

Solution:

Make sure that the order reference that is used by your website is unique.
